Please note at present we only ship within the UK. We aim to dispatch printed items within 3 working days.

House drawings are dispatched 1-2 weeks after we receive suitable photos of your house. If you need your drawing sooner than this or for a specific date, please send us an email before you order, we may be able to fast track your order. 

Items are send Royal Mail 1st Class. Postage Costs are as follows, and are calculated at checkout –

Cards, flat rate – £1.50

Everything else, flat rate –  £3.50

If you live directly IN Lewes town I can deliver for free for orders over £20. Please use the code LEWESFRIENDS. If you don't live in Lewes directly please don't use this code as I will have to contact you for the cost of shipping. Thanks!

RETURNS

We really hope you are happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we can accept returns as long as the goods are in a saleable condition. (Unless the item is faulty or damaged). Please contact us for any returns or issues.
